On-Site Installation & Commissioning
Our skilled installation and commissioning engineers will ensure your systems are adherent to relevant legislation. This is vital to allow the system and the prior systems surrounding the installation to integrate effectively, minimising operational costs and time. A factory acceptance test will be performed to ensure the functionality and safety of the machine meets the correct specification.

Electronic Repairs
JTD Electronics perform extensive electronic repairs on printing, dairy, textile, chemical, manufacturing, service and computer equipment. We have extensive state of the art diagnostic equipment that allows us to quickly analyse and diagnose electronic faults, thus ensuring minimum down-time & cost.
We have extensive experience with Meat slicing equipment, including Multivac packing equipment, Fessmann environment equipment, Printing equipment, Cozzini partical reduction systems, Formax slicing systems and Danfotech systems. In addition we have our own workshop, where we are able to carry out machinery services, repairs and refurbishments, with a fast turnaround.
Project Management
We have a project management team to see your project through from start to finish. Our team has a combination of functional and practical industry experience. We provide an end-to-end solution tailored to your requirements.
Having effective project management is critical. As your system develops and progresses, so does the processes required to ensure it is on time and on budget. We are here to ensure this happens and that the project itself meets your requirements. This includes Research and Investigation, FDS (Function Design Specification), HW/ SW Specification, Electrical Drawings, Simulation and testing (pre-commissioning), Installation and Commissioning, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and more.
Post Project Support
Any work carried out by JTD Electronics will be supported after the project. With new and unfamiliar systems, it can take time to adjust and adapt. You may also find there are added functions and features you require that you initially did not see as needed or appropriate.
